Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery information for each item on its product page as well as at checkout.
Items are divided into two categories for shipping:
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are able to ship outside of the United States, but additional charges will apply.
Delivery of your freight order will need to be scheduled so that you or another adult can sign for the delivery--one of our representatives will contact you to schedule that delivery.
When your order arrives, be sure to walk around the item before signing for it. Look to ensure the label or product is the one you ordered, and look for any signs of shipping damage. If you find damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
